March and Hillary

Well looks like Hillary's road to coronation is hitting a few bumps of late.

1. The Obama Love Fest: Hillary had Al Sharpton "lashing out" at Barak - it won't be long before we hear Al Sharpton berating Obama for not really being black. Which is far worse than Joe Biden's comment about Obama being clean and articulate.

2. Donor-bleed: David Geffen's very public rebuke of the Clintons for Obama was said to have had Bill Clinton "incandescent". That description ought to float into the vernacular of the day for its strong visual component. Look for others who are seeing a way to pin Hillary to the wall for a favor to also defect in short order.

3. NY Times: Hillary's mouthpiece was snapped into high gear this week. Looks like she has gotten the company (which is having serious financial problems and shareholder revolt) to attack Al Gore for faulty science that Al uses to support his ideas of human-induced climate change on Earth. Hmmm - I wonder how those pendantic asswipes at the Times will try to spin a Republican talking point for Hillary's benefit. That paper is such a waste of newsprint.

4. Hillary's quick visit with the HRC: This got no pre-press (it was a hush-hush affair) but alot of press after the fact. Anyone else find it odd that Hillary addresses the leading gay rights organization and keeps it in the closet? I guess Joe wanted to keep this little town meeting as unified and organized as one on the Bush 2004 campaign trail. Hillary's own handlers offered no substanital comments on this.

Look for the Breck Girl to stay clear of this and for Hillary to leave him be. She needs a party loyalist to run with her. Edwards will be scooped up again in 2008 for VP if he can keep his mouth shut and head down.
